Summary (Two & a half men)

In the last English class that I had, my classmates and I watched the first episode of the new season of Two and a half men and I'd like to share my summary with you...
The purpose was to start a brand new season, which according to what fans say, is very different from the other seasons that the have made. The main idea of the chapter is to completely exclude Charlie Sheen and introduce to the public a new character Walden Schmidt for you to get costumed to what you're going to watch all the season. By doing this change the producers give the series a new varnish and because of this a lot of new public might be added to the list of fans from two and a half men. As a conclusion I dare to say that this change is a very good decision because in my opinion it was necessary to make a big change in the series, the only thing that I'd recommend is to let the character gain people in a way that they could replace Charlie for Walden.

How to improve your health

Fiber is the secret to have a good digestion and be healthy and I remember that last December I was following the "Fiber Diet" in order to improve my digestion and that way I lost some pounds, the diet consisted in including food with a high percent of fiber in each meal of the day and between "eating hours".
Here are some steps that I followed:
-Replace white bread for the one with a lot of fiber.
-Eat vegetables in all day meals with no exception.
-Eat apples, carrots and grapes instead of chips.
-Change cornflakes for oat cereal.
-Even if it is your "free day" don't take vegetables out of your meals.
Working out your body is also important and in order to avoid doing what everybody does (gym) you can find some sports you're good at or some kinds of dancing... and believe me sometimes dancing is more helpful than going to the gym.

So here is what I used to do to improve my health.. I hope it's useful for you. :)

My first date...

My first date with my boyfriend was awesome... he invited me to go out a Saturday but he knew that for that to happen he and my father had meet each other so, first he came to my home, of course when my boyfriend arrived he was nervous because he didn't know how my father was going to react but he started calming down while time was passing by and then both of them were having a good time talking to each other. After that my boyfriend and I went to the movie theater and he paid for everything, then he brought me back home and had dinner with me and my little brother, after that my brother and him went to the park in order to play soccer and then I joined them.
The similitude I found while comparing my date with the calling system is that my boyfriend had to come to  my house before we could go to somewhere else and that we had dinner in my home, because according to the reading the dates from the calling system were held in the girl's house, but the difference here is that I didn't invite him, he was the one that took the initiative. For me everything else from that date seems to be like nowadays dating system in which the date is held in public places and the boy is the one who invites the girl and as a consequence pays for everything the girl wants.
And there you have... my first date with my boyfriend :)

What features do Mexicans consider attractive?

Mexican men prefer a girl that is smaller than him, has middle breasts, long and wavy hair and that is skinny but no too much, other men say that they prefer taller girls, big breasts, middle hair and something to hold on.. that means fatter girls; while mexican women prefer a boy taller than them, that is not very very skinny and has dark skin and short hair, but as you may know there's always some exceptions when it comes to talk about what the other one considers attractive from the opossite sex.

(results obtained while asking to my female and male cousins, my parents and my two best friends)

This thing called love...

I think that the couple feels that way because they think that they have met the right person to lose their hearts, they now feel like being next to the other person as long as possible because they love the way the other is, but they also are uncertain because it has happened so fast so what they feel isn't clear.
(Answer for question #2)

Yes, I agree, because we all have feelings even if we don't show them but I don't think that there could be a couple in love without being romantic at least once because we all need that sometimes.

What's love for me?..

Love in my opinion is a very necessary feeling in life because we can't deny that there are hard times and who do you count with? THE PEOPLE THAT LOVES YOU OR THE PEOPLE THAT YOU LOVE.
Love can't be forced to happen because is a very sincere feeling and it just happens no one plans it.

Me and my boyfriend :)

Japan under water

Ever since I was I little girl I've enjoyed watching the news, in order to stay current and avoid misinformation about what's going on in the world, so, while I was doing this, I saw this horrible disaster that happened in Japan, right after I heard the whole new I started thinking and looking in my insights that for us, this disaster might have had no impact, but for them it was horrible.

A wall of water destroyed everything that was on its way (250 miles) north-east of Tokyo (similarly to the one that happened in the indian ocean). And that's not enough Japan has been declared by the authorities in state of emergency because of the pressure that exists on the nuclear power plant, the trouble with this is that they're accepting the possibility of having problems with their most important energy source and this of course aggravates the problem. Aditionally the tsunami outcame around 350 people is dead and 500 is missing! which is such a big and sad situation that the tsunami caused, because lots of children have lost their parents or vice versa, the tranquility of those children just couldn't be perserved even if their families were trying to calm them down.

I just can't imagine how the people is felling after all this chaos! Just try to figure it out, Wouldn't it be like a sob story that you lose everything you had worked for just in a few seconds?

Believe me, I just couldn't be as brave as the japanese if I had to deal with such a big problem like a natural disaster!

On the other hand, the government knows for a fact that more and more diseases will be diagnosed, and that as long as the factories don't get fixed and prepared to start working again the economy won't help on this situation
I know for a fact that japanese are very hard workers and they're already trying to deal with this situation and manage getting some breakthrough, the big advantage of being that way is that they will find a solution backing to what they used to be as soon as posible, even if it seems imposible.

But having this hard-working status quo (strong and independent, hardworking and defiant people) is not counsel for them.

My question is... Mexicans aren't prepared for a disaster like this, are they?

WE SHOULD THINK ABOUT THIS ...
JAPANESE PEOPLE NEDD OUR HELP!!
